How to Use the AI Video Cut Editor

Here is a quick step-by-step guide to help you get started with the new video editor. 

1. Head to My Projects on your dashboard and select the video you want to edit.
2. Click Edit to launch the video editor.

3. The Transcript section lets you fix errors, get rid of filler words, or even delete whole video segments. Select it if you want to make such changes.

4. Click a word or highlight multiple words, then click Edit text to make your correction, Remove text to eliminate unwanted pieces from the transcript, or Remove text and video to trim both text and the respective video part.

5. You can always restore removed text or video with a single click. Perfect for safe experimentation.

6. Head to the Captions section to change caption style or turn them off.

7. Toggle captions ON or OFF depending on whether you want the captions at all. Choose from a bunch of different caption styles to match whatever look you are going for.

8. Once you are happy with your edits, click Apply Changes.
9. Choose to overwrite the current video or save it as a new version.
10. Wait for your video to be processed and click Update and Download to export your finished clip.
