Refund Policy

At AI Video Cut, we strive to provide our users with the best tools and experience for transforming long videos into short, engaging clips using AI. When you start working with our tool, you can use 50 minutes free of charge.

Please use the free version and preview the results before subscribing to the service to make sure you are satisfied with the quality.

Once you activate the subscription and minutes are used, no refunds can be given. We have this policy since it would be impossible for a customer to return the purchased package. 

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • A user constantly encounters an error that is preventing them from using our service properly, and we fail to fix it within 30 days.
  • A user accidentally subscribed to more than one subscription plan, and minutes were not used from that subscription plan.

Please note that the refund request should be provided within 14 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

  • A user simply changed their mind after extensive use.
  • A user has used most or all of the available clip credits.
  • A user claims to expect features never stated on our website.
  • Occasional download issues with YouTube sources may occur due to platform-side changes. These temporary disruptions are not a valid reason for a refund, as we typically resolve them within 2–3 days.

Cancellation of a yearly subscription at any time after the statutory withdrawal period will take effect at the end of the current subscription term. Such cancellation disables automatic renewal but does not entitle the user to any refund, credit, or prorated reimbursement for the unused portion of the subscription period.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@aivideocut.com with your account email, order ID, and reason for the refund. We typically respond within 1–3 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you disagree with our grounds for refund refusal, you can contact your bank and initiate a chargeback.

Once a refund or chargeback is processed, you will not be able to use the purchased subscription.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
